Peak Heritage Lightly Spiced English Rum, 40%, 70cl.

A rich, smooth and unctuous, lightly spiced rum. Crafted from scratch using organic cane spirit that is pot distil with foraged botanicals and infused with spices, foraged gorse and foraged damsons.

Aromas of butterscotch, green tea, honey and candid orange peel. On the palate there is rich barley, nutmeg and a ginger-snap-like spiciness.

Housed in a premium organically shaped Italian glass bottle, with pictures of the Peak District beaming through a luxury double sided label, adorned with leather cord and topped off with a walnut closure and paper topper. This is a true artisan product made in very small batches by the folks behind most of the spirits and liquors made for nearby Chatsworth House in Derbyshire.
