The base gin from the distillery is cold infuse it over six weeks with Blackberry, Bilberry and Raspberry, creating a naturally pink, vibrant, contemporary dry gin, that balances classic juniper back notes with the fruity sweetness of summer hedgerow berries.
Housed in a premium organically shaped Italian glass bottle, with pictures of the Peak District beaming through a luxury double sided label, adorned with leather cord and topped off with a walnut closure and paper topper. This is a true artisan product made in very small batches by the folks behind most of the spirits and liquors made for nearby Chatsworth House in Derbyshire.
