Fine South African Wines - Summer Edt. 6x75cl Mixed Case

South Africa's winelands are producing some of the most exciting wine in the world.
 We try and reflect a bit of that in our wine bar drinks menu, and heres a cracking little selection geared up for summer (a sparkling, 3 whites and only 2 reds)

We're especially proud to be pouring a sparkling wine from Lomond Wines, a producer whose cool-climate Cape Agulhas vineyards bring real freshness and precision to the glass. Alongside it sits a beautifully textured Chenin Blanc from Mason Road, part of the Brookdale Estate winery in Paarl, we have also included a bottle of 'Sixteen' which is the wineries top white wine with blends sixteen white grape varieties into something pure, yet ethereal, and very special indeed. Lismore Chardonnay completes the white wine line-up with the kind of top-notch quality Chardonnay that would cost 3x the price in Burgundy.

With summer in full swing, we've kept the reds focused on two standouts with at least a little freshness for balmy days: the peppery, supple & elegant Lomond Estate Syrah and Raats' Red Jasper, a Cabernet Franc-led blend with real depth and character.
