A rich and opulent wine with vibrant flavours of ripe cherries and plums combined with subtle overtones of cocoa, vanilla & a subtle spiciness. Velvety and textured with brambly fruits to the fore, but also mineral and balsamic components can be perceived, as well as the elegance of the tannin and the explosion of fragrant red fruit, typical of the best-known Puglian variety in the world.
