Benchmark Albarino from it's ancestral vinous home of Rias Baixas in Galicia. Aromatically expressive, with moneral orchard and stone fruits, complemented by subtle herbal, fennel, and saline notes that capture the essence of the Galician coast.

2025 Gaia Wines 'Monograph' Assyrtiko, Greece, 13%
Cool, crisp, mineral Greek white from the Peloponnese featuring vibrant aromas of lime zest, green apple, and honeysuckle, balanced by a flinty mineral backbone, crisp acidity, and a clean finish.

2024 Montezovo Lugana, Lake Garda, Italy, 13%
