The base gin from the distillery is cold infuse for over four weeks with locally foraged air-dried gorse flowers. Creating a beautiful looking amber coloured liquid. Pine-forest-floor earthiness is tempered by delicate vanilla, coconut & blanched almond notes.
Pop this one firmly in the botanical, contemporary gin category, and stick with dry plain tonic, or a nice riff on a Vespa Martini (hold off on the white Vermouth, and let those gorse flowers do their thing)

Housed in a premium organically shaped Italian glass bottle, with pictures of the Peak District beaming through a luxury double sided label, adorned with leather cord and topped off with a walnut closure and paper topper. This is a true artisan product made in very small batches by the folks behind most of the spirits and liquors made for nearby Chatsworth House in Derbyshire.
