Another one for the red wine fans... 
Cabernet Sauvignon deserves an evening all to itself, and that's exactly what we're giving it. Join us for a tasting dedicated entirely to the grape — from elegant, cassis-driven pours to bolder, more full-bodied styles — so you can see just how much range sits inside a single variety.

There will be six wines, plenty of chat about tannin, oak, and ageing along the way, and as always, there'll be a nice cheeseboard to match. 

Whether you're already a Cabernet devotee or just curious what all the fuss is about, this is a relaxed, no-pressure way to taste your way through one of the world's great red grapes.
