Rounding out the collection is a delightfuly pale sparkling rosé from the Rhône Valley, adding a touch of red-fruited charm to the mix.

2024 Rouanne, Rose Brut Nature. Rhone Valley, 12%
Palest pink in colour, this fine and elegant sparkling wine, has delicate, creamy bubbles and notes of ripe cherry and wild raspberry layered with thyme and flinty mineral tones.

Dopff Cremant d'Alsace 'Julien' Alsace, 12%
Traditional method fizz from a house that specialises in Crémant, in the classic Alsace mix of pinot blanc and auxerrois. It's delicate, easy-drinking yellow-plum and apple fruit are given extra depth by longer bottle maturation. Delicious on its own, or with smoked fish dishes, and French cheeses like Camembert or Langres. 

Andre Delorme Cremant de Bourgogne, 12%
Traditional method Cremant using quality Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. This is a rounded, refreshing and creamy Crémant combining notes of white fruits with the elegance of fine minerality, through to delicious brioche notes on the finish.

Collet Champagne NV. 12%
A bright golden Champagne with a fine stream of bubbles and complex aromas of white flowers, lemon zest, quince and white peach. Delicate hints of spice, anise and herbs are layered with rich notes of puff pastry. A refreshing palate with gentle bubbles, a balanced texture and a wonderful crunch of freshness on the finish.



Champagne Palmer 'La Reserve' NV, 12%
Founded in 1947 and historically established in Reims, Palmer & Co is rooted in the greatest terroirs of the Montagne de Reims with over 200 hectares of vineyards classified as Premier and Grand Crus. Dominated by the freshness and purity of Chardonnay, the Palmer & Co style is characterised by its precision and elegance.

A charming, elegant and beautifully balanced Champagne, with a melange of refreshing citrus, pear and apricot complemented by discrete nuances of hazelnut and buttery brioche.

Champagne Palmer, Blanc de Blancs NV, 12%
Rather serious - and it does skew the price of this mixed case a little but what a Champagne! - It is created from Chardonnay grapes sources mainly from the magnificent terroirs of Villers-Marmery and Trépail. The fruits from these two terriors are blended with Chardonnay from Côte de Sézanne. - With wonderful purity, this crystalline champagne exudes subtle aromas of citrus fruit, white flowers and almonds. Fresh and silky on the palate, with exquisite mineral notes and finesse on the finish.

2025 Michel Chiarlo, Gavi di Gavi, Italy, 12.5%
Pale straw with green glints, this Piedmontese white built from Cortese grapes offers crisp green apple and citrus zest, with a delicate floral lift and a saline, almond-tinged finish. Light-bodied and refreshing, it's a natural match for seafood.

2024 Domaine Gonnet, Côtes du Rhône Blanc, 13%, France.
A sun-warmed blend of Grenache Blanc, Clairette, and Viognier, showing ripe pear, white peach, and honeysuckle aromas. Medium-bodied with a soft, rounded texture and a gentle, nutty finish that speaks of the Rhône's southern warmth.

2024 Chablis 1er Cru ' Fourneaux', Gayot, Burgundy, 13%
Elegant and taut, this Burgundian Chardonnay shows notes of green apple, lemon, and crushed oyster shell, underpinned by that signature Kimmeridgian minerality. Unoaked or lightly touched by wood, it finishes long, dry, and steely.

2024 Eric Louis Sancerre Blanc, France 12.5%
A benchmark Loire Sauvignon Blanc, vibrant with grapefruit, gooseberry, and fresh-cut grass, layered over a distinctive flinty, smoky minerality. Racy acidity and a clean, bone-dry finish make it endlessly refreshing.

2025 Luis Canas, Rioja Blanco, Spain, 13%
Traditionally Viura-based, this Spanish white ranges from fresh and fruity (apple, citrus) to richer, oak-aged styles with notes of vanilla, hazelnut, and dried fruit. Balanced acidity gives it structure whether young or aged.

2025 Domaine Forges, Loire Valley Chenin Blanc, France
Versatile and expressive, showing quince, honey, and wet stone, with a hint of chamomile or beeswax. Its trademark high acidity keeps it lively, - vinified especially dry which gives a really pure, mineral finish.
