2025 Michel Chiarlo, Gavi di Gavi, Italy, 12.5%
Pale straw with green glints, this Piedmontese white built from Cortese grapes offers crisp green apple and citrus zest, with a delicate floral lift and a saline, almond-tinged finish. Light-bodied and refreshing, it's a natural match for seafood.
2024 Domaine Gonnet, Côtes du Rhône Blanc, 13%, France.
A sun-warmed blend of Grenache Blanc, Clairette, and Viognier, showing ripe pear, white peach, and honeysuckle aromas. Medium-bodied with a soft, rounded texture and a gentle, nutty finish that speaks of the Rhône's southern warmth.
2024 Chablis 1er Cru ' Fourneaux', Gayot, Burgundy, France, 13% Elegant and taut, this Burgundian Chardonnay shows notes of green apple, lemon, and crushed oyster shell, underpinned by that signature Kimmeridgian minerality. Unoaked or lightly touched by wood, it finishes long, dry, and steely.
2024 Eric Louis Sancerre Blanc, France 12.5%
A benchmark Loire Sauvignon Blanc, vibrant with grapefruit, gooseberry, and fresh-cut grass, layered over a distinctive flinty, smoky minerality. Racy acidity and a clean, bone-dry finish make it endlessly refreshing.
2025 Luis Canas, Rioja Blanco, Spain, 13%
Traditionally Viura-based, this Spanish white ranges from fresh and fruity (apple, citrus) to richer, oak-aged styles with notes of vanilla, hazelnut, and dried fruit. Balanced acidity gives it structure whether young or aged.
2025 Domaine Forges, Loire Valley Chenin Blanc, France
Versatile and expressive, showing quince, honey, and wet stone, with a hint of chamomile or beeswax. Its trademark high acidity keeps it lively, - vinified especially dry which gives a really pure, mineral finish.
