Dominating its valley location, the winery is flanked by the hills of Salemi and Santa Ninfa in a landscape marked by rolling vineyards punctuated by clusters of broom and prickly pear.
The old vines are planted between 300 and 600m above sea level on a mixture of clay and volcanic soils, resulting in wines that encapsulate ancient family traditions of authenticity & immense charm.

Indigenous varieties, Catarratto and Grillo, are taken from vineyards with excellent sun exposure and that are low yielding, making for a more complex and complete final wine. Hand-harvested at night to take advantage of the cooler temperatures and retain freshness. No oak ageing.

Tasting Notes
An elegant combination of citrus, grapefruit, apple, a hint of Mediterranean flora & saline ocean spray freshness.
 A charming little white to have a glass of on its own, or try with grilled vegetable dishes, antipasti, fish, or vongole pasta.
